Drinking muscle milk
I have had a hard time getting in a good workout, because I get so hungry at the gym. My husband suggest I drink a muscle milk before I go to the gym, but I am scared it is going to make gain weight rather than lose weight. Does anyone know? THANKS FOR THE HELP!!

I completely lost it last night.
I did a great job yesterday and then I just completely fell off last night. I didn't make it to the gym and wound up eating dinner 7 hours after lunch; therefore, I was so hungry, I overate. Diet Coke
I have heard that drinking a dark diet drink such as Diet Coke, Diet Dr Pepper, etc. that fat sticks to the dark colors, but drinking Diet Sprite, Diet 7Up is better?
