I know this has been discussed before, but I can't remember what was said. I have went over the recommended protein for today by 5. I can still have 450 calories today for dinner, but no protein. I am concerned. I thought protein was good. I am on the 1200 calorie plan. Is it okay to go over protein count, will I still lose weight.?

I'm over on my protein every day...can that really hinder my weight loss? Wow, I'd sure like to know the answer to that one myself.0
