We just had interuterine insemination done today. The nurse said to just take it easy today when I asked her if I could go to the gym tonight. She said just give this a couple of days.
I guess I will start low impact on Thursday or Friday. I workout(run) pretty much 3-5 times a week, but I do get pretty sweaty, so I don't want to do anything that might keep this from working.
I am so paranoid as to how much I can exercise once I do get pregnant. My mom says I exercise too hard and I need to take it easy. When I do low impact workouts, I feel like I am not doing any good. UGH!

It's okay to workout while pregnant but I would follow what your caregiver says. You will want to discuss what workouts you do and what would be okay to continue to do while pregnant.0
