@Calikat61 I try to only weigh myself at the end of each round, so basically every 21 days. Its tempting but I really want to see the difference at the end. So I measured and weighed myself when I started 7 days ago.. then I will compare

I made the first 7 days of all workouts! I didnt miss one! Now lets see if I can keep it up!!! Body is sore but looking forward to day 8

21 day is for beginners. More rest between sets, easier work out. Lots of modifications Extreme is much harder. Uses the some of the same moves as 21 day Fix but no modifications. also much less rest, more intense. My suggestion, to start with 21 day. ITs super hard, it takes some getting used to. Keep going, by the time you reach Yoga (WHich gives you a great easy stretch) you will feel better! It gets easier if you stay consistant. If you dont and you stop and start again, you will have sore muscles all the time and get discouraged

AMAZING! at 1200 cals you were prob not eating enough.. I found the same thing for myself I am at 1400 cals and I was worried in 21 days I lost 10 lbs

Yoga was less around 95 cals.. Highest being Dirty 30 and Plyo at 275 and 295

I used a fit bit to get my count, its not exactly accurate but better than just saying 400 cals. All of mine are under 295 cals

21 day fix is a daily exercise and portion control. The exercises on the videos (if you purhase) is 30 min per day along with portion control. IT works, in 21 day I lost 10 lbs.. I an now on round 3 and I am 15lbs down.. I find its really about portion control

If I could get my *kitten* out of the bed for 6 am I would rather workout in the morning. I feel like its a better burn....... After work is hard for me cause I feel like relaxing
