I just started week 3 but before I started I took pictures and at 6 weeks I will take new pictures and see if there is a difference. I plan to do that until I get where I want to be. Good luck.

I use my phone and anything with a barcode gets scanned so I get an accurate calorie/nutrition count.

Hi Bella, I don't know about face book, but I can't see your weight on her, just your ticker on how much you've lost and want to lose. I would think Facebook would probably track your exercise and weight loss like your "My Home" tab does on here.
