  • Like others, Tilda (in the picture with me) started off sleeping in a crate but gradually made her way, first on the bed and now in it - usually tucked up next to me with her head on the pillow.
  • Last week weighed in at 183 and this week the same!! I thought and felt I'd lost some. Going to double my efforts. Feel deflated (in mind not body unfortunately:(
  • I threw my scales out as I'm tempted to weigh in everyday! Weighing in at the local chemist once a week . Starting point is 183lbs. See where I am next Wednesday.
  • Weighed in yesterday - 183
  • My goal for January is to stick to my daily calorie limit and to find tastier meals and snacks than the usual things I eat. This has got to be a life style change got me because I like my fatty foods too much!

No more gorging on chocolate and crisps... Anyway, just gorged on 250g of cherries (surprising un-calorific) and feel better for it. Anyone else?
  • Hi, My name is Tish and this is my first week also. I'll be weighing in tomorrow and I think I will have lost a couple of pounds (hopefully). My trouble is going to be after a few weeks when I get a bit bored and want to eat all the wrong foods, and then forget to calorie count and feel too guilty to track anymore. I like…
