  • I think if you take offense to that question, you must think that there is some kind of problem with being single - and if you answer abrasively, whoever asked you that question is going to assume that you're single because you're a sick-in-the-mud. Answer the question for what it is, which is someone trying to figure out…

I also like to play tennis, go swimming, skiing, kayaking and hiking - pretty much anything outdoors when I can. The whole working out in a gym thing really isn't my cup of tea.

  • I usually keep a bag of cashews and/or some beef jerky in my car for these such occasions.
  • What kind of popcorn are you eating? If it is microwavable, then it's not "clean". Also, I would assume that the Ben and Jerry's isn't clean. You could try making your own variation of the ice creme by throwing a ripe frozen banana, organic coco powder, and some coconut oil into a food processor and eating that as a snack.
  • Has anyone noticed a difference with anything (i.e. improved digestion) with regularly eating Chia? My experience with chia seeds makes me think they are just another fad food.
  • My favorites right now are meat and cheese platters, chicken wings, roasted brussel sprouts and hummus, pickled eggs, and sunflower seed butter. I'm sure the list could go on, I love snacking.
