^ this Jillian suggests you should take at least 1 rest day/week , just take rest days whenever you feel you need to listen to your body - everyone is different

QFT, TDEE is much easier in my opinion and more suitable for most people

Chances are they may have changed the recipe or maybe the burger size(weight) and mfp hasn't been updated with the correct information yet, double check the nutritional value on the packet/website and correct the mfp entry accordingly, :smile:

+1 you're most likely under eating, maybe as mfp is still set to lose the same xlb/week as you did previously? if the deficit isn't working for you find something that does, increase your calorie goal and see what happens - maybe try eating at TDEE -% instead and seeing how that works for you?
