We are simply suggesting that she seeks help with her feelings towards food as her response to the situation and weight loss is concerning, and if we were to ignore the signs it could be potentially damaging.
-
It's not just her bmi that is causing concern here it was her reaction of what seems like panic and fear of gaining weight after eating something she may usually not eat that is causing red flags.
-
This^ Sounds a lot like you have disordered eating with your fear of gaining weight and your current stats it may be worth talking to your doctor about your emotions and eating habits

This will be worth a read.. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/818082-exercise-calories-again-wtf I personally only eat back half due to the overestimation of calories burned as I don't have a HRM. ETA: just remember the goal calories mfp gives you is exactly that a goal and is number you should be netting not just…

^ This I have to have one of each colour though and if it's only one flavor I'll have 2 of that one flavor any odds someone else will get them I wouldn't have put it like that :laugh:though I chew the inside of my mouth to the point of bleeding if I'm focused or bored and if my lips are chapped I will have to make it…

*deep breath* where to start... -I do things in fours or numbers that are even (2,4,8,16 etc) but not 12 as that can be done by 3. and Nothing can be done 3 times -I check fridge/freezer doors are closed, still switched on and that gas is off -If I've been out I will check every single possible hiding place in a set route…

Give this a read http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/819055-setting-your-calorie-and-macro-targets mfp tends to set alot of people onto 1200calories a day straight away it may be worth setting your goals based of your TDEE - x% do some research and use a online calculate to work it out, in the end it's worth just…

Time, sorry thats really about it, keep busy it does get easier, I didn't believe it would but it does :flowerforyou: edit: and when you feel strong enough delete their numbers and any media contact and if that don't help and still do it, deactivate/ re-create all social media with nothing on them that links them to you,…

Check this out: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/818082-exercise-calories-again-wtf Chances are you're underestimating what you eat / overestimating calories burned as suggested try eating back half (especially if you're using mfp as your only guide to how much you're burning from exercise)
-
This may help http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/818082-exercise-calories-again-wtf (basically - What mfp set you is what you should be *Netting* and if you ate this without doing any exercise (as your body uses energy to maintain itself) you will lose weight you don't need to burn 1840 via exercise to lose weight)

I have cheat meals where I may have takeaway so can only log it as an estimate but I try log in advance to stop myself going over macros and I fit snacks that I may crave around my meals in advance  edit: oh and I don't have 'cheat days' I stick to cheat meals, to avoid overeating I just listen to cravings…
-
Short answer - Most likely . Give this a read for how to work out what you should be eating to lose etc - http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/819055-setting-your-calorie-and-macro-targets edit: Oh and this http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1058378-oh-noes-i-am-eating-below-my-bmr

You look great! congrats on the weight loss & fitness gain ! If you feel great then who cares what they think, it's maybe just as it's such a big difference than what they're used to :flowerforyou:
-
^ this is what me and my partner do too its much easier than trying to log it all twice
-
What everyone has already said basically personally - I never eat back ALL of my exercise calories as the mfp exercise logger isn't accurate imo so unless you use a HRM or similar make sure you're not overestimating what you burn
-
Pretty much what has already been said, if you're eating the same as you did when you were BF it may be worth remembering that BF used energy, make playtime with your little one also your workout time, picking up and down crawling around whatever gets you moving it all helps :flowerforyou:
-
Pretty much Eat more & shake things up as already said Try eating between 1300 and your TDEE-20% (if you don't want to eat the full TDEE-20%) and you'll probably be glad you did it's how I break my plateaus, or try mixing up how much you eat each day whilst eating the same calories/week and mix up your workout a bit Good…

^ Agreed, and if you need a rest during it rest for a few seconds and carry on I never pause exercise dvds after all you can't 'pause' a workout class
