I'm going to splurge on 2 or 3 fancy professional photo shoots. I want to remember how it feels to accomplish my goals (and be my goal weight.) And I feel like the professional photography will sorta immortalize my efforts. Excited about it!

I can't really speak to the familly support issue but I can talk about yo yo dieting as a whole. Great post! I agree w/ the OP on everything. It is very tough to lose pure fat of course. But the combination exercises he mentioned are key! I do a mix of cardio and weight lifting. When I weight lift I either do targeted muscle group super sets OR heavy lifting-combination exercises. So far the mixture has been working…

I have almost all of them. I would say that "Banish Fat Boost Metabolism" is the very best- but it's an hour long. On days when I don't want to do a full hour I do "Six Week, Six Pack" which is 30 mins long and also pretty challenging.
