My job is very casual in that I can dress in jeans and can eat/snack at my desk during my shift . So technically I could get a little sweaty at lunch and eat on the clock afterwards .

  • I only looked at 3 days and it seems like a lot of processed foods. Try getting back to basics. Not that I have any where near a perfect diet but feel free to take a look at mine.
  • All I can add to this is that I used to have anxiety and would get pins and needles in my arms and face. The doctor told me this is the start of hyperventilation. So I am under the impression that it is related to your breathing! Hope this helps.

  • Guilt free Mexican salad. This actually comes out delicious from leftovers and is very easy. I use lettuce, a spoon of black beans, some chicken, avacado, corn tomatoes or whatever else you feel like. A spoon full of salsa as dressing.
