950 calories and Im full do I need more calories tonight?
I couldnt take a lunch break so I missed my lunch today, at the time I was hungry but it went away after I ate dinner. Im full but it says I only had 900 something calories. Should I eat more even though I am full? I did drink 8 glasses of water today if it makes a difference.

I have been reading that protein for women is helpful to lose weight. Any specific brands or way this should be done? Any mention of protein powder to my boyfriend or coworkers and they laugh and say "Your going to get big!" What is the actual truth behind this?

Hi I bought a 20$ digital scale at Target which I am going to return because it is pissing me off!! For example this morning I put it on the bathroom floor (tile) and tapped it to clear it. Mid afternoon crash pick me up ideas??
Hi, new to MFP and wondering if anyone has this mid afternoon energy crash as well? I am getting up at 5:30 am for exercise and working in an office until 5:30 pm. I cut out caffeine and am trying to find a good alternative low-cal low/no sugar idea for that 3:00 hour. What does anyone recommend?
