  • The only problem I'm finding with meal replacement shakes is that they all seem to have so much sugar in them. I've been using them since day one (a bit over five weeks ago) - some days I don't have them, but usually at least one a day. They fill me up and curb my urge to snack, but my daily sugar intake is way too high!…
  • I'm replacing 1 - 2 meals a day with weight loss shakes, and find them pretty filling. They also keep the calories down. I'm sitting at around about the same weight as you, and need a change. Good luck... Add me if you want :)
  • Not sure about water Zumba or boot camp, but am slowly trying to grind myself back into shape. Hard yards ahead, I am sure... I started this gig about 25kg above my BMI, and have only lost two so far. Good luck... Add me if you'd like to encourage a more sedentary type of dieter :)
  • Pretty new here - three weeks in and 2kg down. I hope to lose another 20+, so will no doubt be kicking around for quite some time. Would appreciate if people want to add me - the more the merrier on this journey :)
