My mom was the same until she saw I was eating a lot more than she was, feeling great and loosing while she was gaining and felt like crap. She still is stubborn, but she cant deny the results. Sometimes I think she just wants to be hardheaded to get back at me for when I was a kid.

I just started with mostly cardio (lots of walking) to lose weight. I eventually noticed that when I cut my cardio down and began adding weights, my body shape began changing and the scale less. I've got lupus nephritis and am on presi. I was on it earlier but i was not exercising or eating better. Now I as i am on it, I have been able to loose weight alright my face is still a little bigger, but the calorie tracking and exercising are keeping my face from being as big as it was the first-time.

Anyone have a suggested brand of a lower sodium cottage cheese. The ones I find are hagher tsn I hoped, I want yo try it, but I cant have a lot of salt.
