you should see 0 or just 100-200. The deficitis built into your target daily calories based on what you entered for your goals. So you should eat all the calories that you are given. Its already accounting for your deficit if you set it ot lose weight.

what counts as resistances/strength training? does cardio kickboxing count? we do squats, pushups, punches kicks, crunches, planks.

From this book someone told me about, whole milk is horrible for you. They use it to plump baby calves up to 1000lbs. Definatly dont think thats right. Skim milk basicaly just has added water.

these are so funny. People come up with some stupid **** when it coems to weight loss. Seriosuly cut what you freaking eat and excersize. There are other circumstances that can affect this, but for the most part it is really that simple (doing it of corse, is a whole nothing story.)

What has worked for me is my boyfriend hides his snacks. So i dont see them and am not tempted. I know it might soundf silly. but this way we both have what we want. Im not tempted and he gets to have his snacks when he wantsit. he is much more controled when it comes ot it, i would sit down and eat the whole bag.

take if from me, i started at 252 and got down to 150. (currently up 20 but working my butt off to get at least 10 off). At such a heavy weight it will take a while to notice.
