Elly F 217.8 +1.13 Gained this week. I dont really know why. I mean I focused on weights this week but considering I have a fair bit to lose it seems strange. Anyway, I'll take it with a grain of salt and move on to round 2!

Check with your BMR and make sure you're actually eating enough. If your body isn't getting enough fuel, it will go in to starvation mode, causing it to hold on to fat! Research this for more info :)

Awesome! I'm hoping to get to 95.7kg by the start of august, and it would be a dream if I could knock off another 5 in the month of august
