Mine has been working consistently for a couple of weeks but today... NOTHING. I have taken 24,000 steps total today but MFP still says 0. Done everything I could think of. I hope it is fixed soon.

I'm in too. Just got engaged and I refuse to buy plus size. Currently 130kg and goal is in the 70kg range. Giving myself 18 months. Let's do this!

My new year's resolution (that I will stick to cause I got engaged over new years!): 1. Lose 40kg (half of my goal) 2. Try to keep to 40% total carbs, 30% fat, 30% protein 3. Walk! Back on topic, I am on a healthy low carb ratio: 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fat. Still sounds like a lot of carb but all fruits and veggies contribute to that. This was advised by a professional for me and I find it easy to put percentages into MFP food goals.

If you told someone NEW TO WEIGHTLOSS, "Would you like 1 tim tam or a banana?" as they have the similar number of calories, they will go for the tim tam. I feel your pain. I am a teacher and have to share one microwave and one fridge between 120 other staff so I prefer to avoid it. I take with me in a cool bag some of these: Fruit Low calorie muslei bars (110 calories or less) Rice thins with vegemite (great alternative to sandwiches) sultanas or salted peanuts…

Not good to hear Kate. A month ago I was a regular binge eater. Typically afternoons or weekends. And I still don't know why.
