I would ice it regularly for sure! As well as some light stretching, if that doesn't do it for you.. You may want to try Physio or chiropractor who does active release technique.

I used to be a scale worshipper when I did fad diets that would work very quickly. It was satisfying then, but now that I'm losing weight the healthy way, it's MUCH slower so I can't stand to weigh myself too often or I'll get discouraged. Completely agree with this! I've read a bit about staying alkaline to prevent/treat cancer and a bunch of other diseases and it's pretty neat stuff.

It's delicious! I love me some Silver Hills bread. It's high in protein (some varieties) and soaking/sprouting the grains make them much easier to digest and use.

Agave is not a good choice, it's very similar in makeup and nutrition to HFCS. Also processed just as much. I just use cane sugar or maple syrup most of the time. I occasionally use xylitol. I usually eat my biggest meal at 10 pm. It's just what my body likes. If I don't do that, I get hypoglycemic and feel awful in the night. Like others have said, it doesn't matter when you eat as you aren't eating over your calorie amount.

I make chia pudding, there are tons of recipes online! My basic recipe is 2 tbsp chia, 2/3 cup any type of milk, pinch of salt, sweetener of choice, vanilla...
