I might be, it might not be. Without being or knowing that person, we can't honestly answer why they turned you down.

I haven't met a Jillian Michaels program that I don't like. I am just finishing up BodyShred which is an 8 week program in which you change workouts every two weeks, I have enjoyed it. I plan on starting Body Revolution next (same concept but 12 weeks).

I wore a pair of pants yesterday that were previously too small, and have been for the last two years.

I have been subscribing to HelloFresh since July. I didn't do it to lose weight but that said, it did help. It was a convenience thing but it replaced just running through a fast food drive thru on the way from work because I didn't know what was for dinner. It alone isn't for weight loss, some of the recipes are fairly…

I would give it longer than a week. It took me over a week to lose my 4lbs of thanksgiving bloat so 14 lbs will take longer. Some of it is probably real weight gain I bet a lot of it is water and one day you will wake up down a huge amount.

How do I edit my posts to update my weight, I can't seem to figure it out?
-
Yeah, eating 500-600 calories a day would make me binge the next day too. I would try to eat a consistent amount of calories everyday, that's what works best for me to avoid binging.
-
I weigh daily too. Today is the first day I got on the scale and was at my pre-thanksgiving weight, so yes it water weight/bloat can hang around that long.
-
Current mini goal is getting under 200lbs. Currently 16lbs away.
-
Yeah, I would log it. Unless you specifically went for a walk as exercise.
-
I weigh everyday so I have an idea of fluctuations.

When I lose my boobs are the last to go. They get a little smaller but never an extreme amount. Every person is different though, there is no way of knowing how your boobs will react until you start losing.

Hi! I've been at it for a few months and as of this morning I am done 25lbs. Still have about 70 more to go though! I lost 60lbs a few years back using MFP but sadly gained it all back (plus some) so back at it again. Will be sending you a request.

No, don't run. When I had my wisdom tooth extracted the dentist recommended AT LEAST 3 days without any strenuous activity. I think I ended up taking about a week before I was feeling well enough to work out. You need at least a couple days to recover.

I take it off and leave it at home. I don't worry about breaking it but my fingers swell a t lot and it is horribly uncomfortable.

you look amazing!

Yes. I recommend figuring out your BMR. There are different calculators online. That basically tells you the absolute lowest amount of calories you should eat (basically if you do nothing but lay in bed and breath all day long).

Looking good! Congrats!

Good for you! I have a hard time tracking when I know that I have gone way over on calories but over all it doesn't help us if we only put down what looks good on paper. There is a weight loss quote I found that really resonated with me : "Your body keeps an accurate journal regardless of what you write down" -unkown

A pound or 2 might be "real lose" but I would say the majority of it is water weight.

Hi! I sent you a request! I am Kate. I'm 28 with 75 lbs to lose. I just signed up today but I hope to be active on the site. I think seeing how much food/calories I am putting into my body will help keep me accountable!

Hey, just joined MFP today. I lost a 60 lbs a few years ago with the help pf 30 DS but have since gained about 40 lbs back. Looking to get back on track and loss 75 lbs before I turn 30 (April 2015--would like to sooner but I am willing to give myself plenty of time). Hopefully RI 30 and the accountability of the group…
