It goes both ways really! My husband brushes it off and jokes back and says " you mean how did she end up with me" and that is the end of that!! A joke with a joke and you walk away with the hottie anyways .. They can hate on you all they want. =]

Drinking is actually what made my weight go up 13 lbs! so i completly stopped. and if i do go out I get one of those Skinny drinks but even then its still not the best thing. but at 21 just do it socially that shoudl be fine. :drinker:

everything you lose in your work out adds on to your calorie goal. All you need to do is eat a extra meal a day tops just to balance yourself out. I work out in the morning! and yes it was struggle but Im not just adjusting! so far Its simple stuff tho. A little Cardio and then some strength trainig. I feel i dont know anything tho! but hopefully in time i will get the flow. Mornings are better to wake me up and also not alot of ppl on the machines you need.

This sounds bad but when I started to feel i didnt deserve the compliments I was getting. I didnt feel as pretty as others said I was. I am my happiest at my pre baby weight and I want a healthier lifestyle for my family. Now a days I see alot of overweight kids and I dont want that for my young one either. :ohwell:

Im always over my protein by a big amount! I wouldnt be worried at all. I think protein is essential especially after losing the weight for toning up! dont stress! your doing just fine. :happy:

Well Im not sure if it will work for you. but what i usually do is 3-4 eggwhites and i will add chopped up spinach or any other ingredients you please and add a bit of milk.. That alone will fill you up but I also have that with maybe toast with peanut butter, 100% whole wheat bagel with light cream cheese, a whole banana.…
