  • Not quite granola bars, but it has the ingredients you're looking for. They're yummy and you can put just about anything in them.   • Completely agree. I literally threw the book in the trash because it was so much propaganda. Shame on me for not doing my research before reading it. Everything in moderation.
  • I wouldn't skip meals for beer...but Yeungling light is my light beer of choice. It doesn't suck as much as some of the other light beers. I tend to just drink GOOD beer every once in a while (or on weekends) instead of settling for crappy beer all the time.
  • I let 1/2 cup - 1 cup frozen berries thaw for about half an hour, then add 1/2 cup greek yogurt and 1 tbsp ground flax seed. One of my go - to breakfasts!!
