I am also looking for maintenance friends. 17 weeks pregnant. Lost 50 lbs prior to becoming pregnant. I want to avoid any unnecessary weight gain and get right back to losing the weight I gain plus 50 more after my baby is born. Feel free to add me.

I gained 10 lbs in 4 weeks from overeating and not exercising while using my pregnancy as an excuse.....no more excuses. Have been maintaining since. Back to proper nutrition and exercise.

I am 4 months and have gained 15 lbs. Dr gave me a friendly kick in the *kitten*. So he wrote me a prescription for a free gym membership, and wants me to get back to eating properly. Looking for more pregnant friends to lean on. This is my first... and I have to admit I am terrified! Thanks for listening. <3

I eat this way because of a previous eating disorder. I see a registered dietitian and this is the way that I eat and I still lose weight this way so long as I keep up with exercising. Our body's tell us when we need fuel and when we don't. If I eat McDonald's every time I am hungry obviously I won't see positive changes…

I like HIIT training because I find my body has a harder time getting used to whatever I am doing. You can switch up HIIT training a lot. 3 intense mins 1 easy min, 1 intense min, 30s easy, etc. I find I get better results this way.

Patience is key... 1lb at a time. You always lose lots at first then everything slows down.

I know of 2 websites: http://www.bodybuilding.com/ http://www.freetrainers.com/ I only ever workout at home.. I hate the gym so these both have done me well. You do have to sign up but its all free. I find free trainers is a little easier to work your way around if your not that good with computers. Body builders requires…

This is what I used to do when I was counting calories.. Weigh your finished product and then divide it by say 10 servings (which you can put into mfp's recipie calculator) and then whatever that equals is how much you can weight out per serving. Then mfp will tell you how many calories per servings based on how many…
