Drinking your meals?

So I started my weight loss journey on July 23rd 2013 weighing in at 250lbs. Today I weigh in at 227 lbs. ETA: These lbs lost have never been consistent... I seem to drop 5 lbs here and there... so be patient and never give it. Eat well and exercise. The weight will take care of itself.
