Hi there. I'm here! I'm also a vegetarian and cannot have cows milk or egg whites. I can have goat and sheep dairy. I'm back on the site after a long absence. I'm 5'3" and 167. I go for green tea to give me the caffeine I seek. Aspartame causes cancer. Do real research. It is horrible for you.

I'm giving up pop. My one can a day has escalated to two a day & now my 14 year old has one every other day. The whole house is giving up pop!

I am a 34ddd right now but was a 34c back in the day. Can't wait to get there again! I don't care what anyone says, big tata's are the pits! You can't buy any clothes that fit right & running or horseback riding is a joke. Get them off, please!!!!

Lots of beans & legumes. Watch out for boca bugers. Loaded with sodium & artificial everything. Look for garden burgers - good eats. Cheese, yogurt, eggs.

I have the same problem, even with eating the proper amount of calories so that I don't feel deprived or hungry. It's very hard to permanently change my eating habits.

Log on & input all your food choices daily. That is the absolute key! Stick with it. It will work.

I work out at 5 am as well. I don't eat beforehand because it makes me feel a bit sick to my stomach, plus, as you said, I don't want to wake up at 4 just to eat! It has been working just fine for me!

Not a jerk! You shouldnt be able to claim a size without being able to zip up with ease and wear anything with it. She isn't fitting into it. She's pouring herself into them.

You can be patient. You are turning fat into muscle, which weighs more than fat. Losing inches is a GREAT thing! I bet if you start taking measurements, you'll see the numbers getting smaller, just like on the scale. It's very rewarding.

How about hummus and/or caponata with homemade whole wheat pita chips & veggie slices (carrots, celery, peppers, etc). Yummy & filling!

I HAVE FOUND THAT TAKING STINGING NETTLE CAPULES OR TEA REALLY HELPS ME WITH MY ALLERGIES, PLUS NO SIDE EFFECTS!

never skip anything! Put it all on paper so you are accountable for what you have put in your body. It can be a real eye opener!

being larger on top, I generally have to wear two sports bras to be comfortable. Little movement when running that way.
