I have a question on this one: What happens with your life insurance policy if you die by euthanasia? In britain, a life insurance policy becomes void if you commit suicide (euthanasia is not legal here). Would there be a special Claus put in place for that in those states where it is legal?

Theres a metal cover of What is love? Ill be youtubing that in a moment....instead of suggesting MFP as we cant post loads of pics up here unless its in the forums, suggest instagram. People can be as narcissistic as they want on that bad boy and nobody bats an eyelid - that's where all my fitness photos go, rather than on…

I cook all our meals at home and I am constantly trying to make things that little bit healthier, for example when I make bolognese or chilli, i throw in alot more vegetables and use half the mince we used to eat, still filling, still tasty but healthier - the one thing I hate doing to this day is weighing my pasta! I love…

I was compare to the nanny from Count Duckula when I was walking out of my office one day. The guy who said it got alot of laughs from the 5 other guys in the room. I didnt know what he meant until I googled it. I cried. Still hurtful to this day when I think about it

SO MUCH THIS!!! Also, thinking you have a cancerous tumour, when in fact you have just discovered a bone that is no longer surrounded in fatty tissue

I went to Africa in January, I took some short HIIT workouts with me (12 minutes long) with the intention of doubling some up. I was there for 10 days and did it twice lol - the rest of the time, i went out and ran for 30 minutes. It was so hard as it was too hot and the air was thin. Luckily my sis in law did it with me…

I also loved them trying to cut the Gym off at the bank! "I WANNA QUIT THE BANK!!!!!"

I took three weeks off running due to an infection, my first run back was absolute murder. Before I got sick, I could run 12 miles without stopping, my first run back i had to walk at the first mile point. I would jump back a couple of weeks in the programme so as not to discourage yourself if you dont manage week 6.

"its too much of an effort to log what i eat - you obviously have too much time on your hands" - yeah i work full time, have a toddler, exercise 6 days a week and log all my food - of course I gave up watching hours of tv to do it! "I dont have time to eat right or exercise" - but you have enough time to watch all those tv…

Im all for accepting yourself no matter what size you are, the problem I have are the super mobidly obese people who think its perfectly ok to be lifted out of their home using a crane and draining the dwindling NHS fund. I have been obese, overweight and now "healthy BMI" - I am by far my healthiest now but not because of…

you must eat at a calorie deficit to lose weight. Are you weighing and logging everything you eat? I agree with drink plenty of water, but please dont give up entire food groups like a poster suggested above - you will end up binging within a month. Make your diary open so we can see

im able to enjoy life so much more than before. I can wear what I like, do all the activities i want to do and there is no worrying about weight restriction. I have so much more energy and confidence and if that means taking 20 minutes out my day (if that) to log what I eat then its so worth it. I wasnt happy when I was…

I started running using C25K and I can now run half marathons. Its a great programme. The one tip i will always give, is to go slow. Dont try to run too fast, just get the distance over the speed and the speed will naturally come. Dont feel you have to start at a 10minute mile. I started at a 15 minute mile and built up

I think you are running too fast if you are struggling with your breathing, slow down. yes it will feel like a total waste of time but you need to slow down and get control of the breathing or you will never progress. I personally breathe in and out through my mouth as my nose gets runny when I run. I breathe in for 2…

you need to seek professional help. (not a nasty comment, genuine advice)

Thanks for all the advice. I will check out those websites and google and I will look into my sports complex and see if they do lessons. I really wanna get my technique down, ive spent too long "not drowning"!!

the only thing that will get you read for a 12 mile walk/run is to get out there and do the miles. Put in the commitment, the effort and the training and in 1 month you will be a helluva lot better off than you are now. I don't know what to say about a "cleanse" though - I have no idea what that means!!
-
YES!!!

what do you mean you give yourself Friday and Saturday off? With food or exercise? Because if its with food, are you still logging what you eat? you maybe undoing all your hard work in those 2 days

Agreed! Kill Bill was just amazing!

I can be starving before a run, and by the time i finish it, dont feel hungry at all. I eat anyway though!
