I love the gym. I have a programme that is for people who dont have alot of time. My workouts last no longer than an hour and I work my *kitten* off in that time - there is never time to be bored. Maybe change your programme, do hiit on the treadmill rather than steady state - that really makes the time go faster

hard boiled eggs? I usually boil up a few the night before and take them to work and put them in the fridge. When i get hungry, I just eat one of them. Full of protein and only about 80 calories.

You can make so many meals and freeze them. I buy those foil containers with the cardboard lid (like a takeaway) and one of them holds one portion. 14lbs isnt all that realistic, sorry. Of course it depends on how overweight you are. your diet seems fine, i would exercise a little more - like 4 times a week and incorporate strength training rather than just cardio. Good luck

like everyone else said, keep doing what you are doin - it didnt all go on in 3 weeks so it wont come off in 3 weeks. Just eat at a deficit, get some protein, get some exercise and some sleep and relax. it will come off

i make salads - i make the same salad for 10am and for 3pm. Its lettuce, carrots, cucumber, tomatoes and a balsamic dressing. rice is cheap, pasta is cheap. you could make curries, bolognese - when i make mine, they are about 550 calories per portion. frozen veggies are the way to go - i always have them and i make a big pot of homemade soup every week for my lunches with chickpeas and broth in it so its filling.
