Tried Level 2 today...OMG...did first circuit and went back to Level 1. Now I feel like a loser :( But, atleast I did Level 1 and then did 20 minutes of Pilates. I'll try Level 2 again tomorrow......

OK after week One: CW 174.8 CW 174.6 Waist - 35.0 Waist - 34.0 Hips - 44.5 Hips - 43.0 Left Arm - 13.0 Left Arm - 13.0 Left Thigh - 25.0 Left Thigh - 23.5 Booty - 43.0 Booty - 43.0 Breasts - 41.5 Breast - 40.0 Right Arm - 13.0 Right Thigh - 23.5 Not much in pounds, but inches are going!!!!

Day 6 Level 1 complete....those darn side lunges with the weights...OMG...still hard for me. BUT, I didn't stop this time, just didn't get down low!! It burns the heck outta my arms! and yes, I still curse (alot) at Jillian!!!

I, too, have high cholesterol and high bp. My dr sad that cardio is very important and eating clean...I am trying... add me, we can support one another

I did L1 Day 1 yestwrday...woooweee! That girl is brutal....I admit I did take a break with the side lunges for a few seconds...I am not going to do that everyday tho...I have come to find that my body likes change and I've read that change is good for weight loss...I did zumba this morning and will take off today and do…

Hi, I see we are close in stats! Please feel free to add me :) Great post...If you look at it like that, it makes total sense why bodies would go into starvation mode...If toddlers need 1000 per day, then you are right, our bodies need nutrition. Just like plants need water and food, so do we!!!

Please don't do that honey. We all want to be thinner and healthier, but that is a very dangerous sign of an eating disorder. You def do not want to go down that road. It could end your life. Please seek help, like a therapist, if needed. It's definitely nothing to put on the back burner. I'm glad you told us, obviously…

I had bronchitis and had the same thing. Get to a dr and get some meds. My dr also told me no cardio until the cough subsides. Try some yoga/pilates instead. Health first!
