Thank you! I lost 27 pounds so far "only" walking! I recently changed to elliptical on some days to mix it up. Also thinking of adding some yoga.

I have very high blood pressure, on meds so I started working walking. I'm not strolling, I'm working up to out breath and when I'm on elliptical im sweating my *kitten* off on resistance 6 a least. I don't expect miracles. But I do expect atleast have a pound a week or two.

Hi, Well, I am not a lifter like that. As stated above, I have severe Hypertension, so I can't go in hard and I really don't want to. I am not a gym lover. I guess I have to eat less in order to see results!

My stress is usually high, unfortunately :( But that is why I enjoy outdoor walking. It helps clear the mind. Im not a fan of exercise. Weights, gym, videos, etc. I wish I loved it like some people do... But w that said, I started walking and I love that, and therefore keeps me doing it. Maybe add weights while I walk,…

I do, but had the scale set to ounces. It's a digital scale that I bought at Target!

I scan most things that can scan when adding to my diary and I bought a digital scale, but had it on ounces! I upped the walk to 60 minutes, but on snowy, really cold days (like yesterday) I only walked 35 minutes.

For the most part yes, I do weigh my food. I have 2 scales and I count things such as nuts, chips, pretzels, etc too!!!

I didn't realize the difference until I was working the snack stand for my sons baseball team and was starving, so I ate some fried foods and felt sick from the nasty oil...

Completed D1, L2 last night. I only had to stop for a break during the pendulum lunges...man, they are knee killers...and the last strength when you are in squat position and holding your weights palm up while you bring arms into a v...yea, I was hurtin!!!
