Cellulite is genetic.

Oh my god, I thought I'd skipped a page and missed something important, I went back and read all four pages and nope, still not getting it. I think, think, that OP is saying anything under 2000cals is inherently unhealthy regardless of height, age or weight, and that everyone in the world can maintain on more than…

I'm not Christian, but even I know you're not supposed to give up something you want to give up :|

Sometimes. Herbs never, but somethings like curry powder or paprika which are about 20cal a tablespoon I will log because I will easily use at least a tablespoon.

Umm actually, dietary fat is only loosely linked blood cholesterol, which is what causes atherosclerosis or to use the technical term 'destroying your arteries'

Just my two cents, but I low carbed for a few weeks and I never felt satisfied, I was constantly ravenously hungry. Now I've added back in moderate carbs, 40% of my calories come from carbs, I feel great.

What you've asked is just an oft repeated myth, like the earth being flat. What you eat does not effect your 'fat level burning' When you eat does not effect your 'fat level burning' Your metabolism does not stop. Your metabolism does not slow down depending on the time of day.

Everyone knew the earth was flat too.

It is the completest of rubbish.

You know the saying, 'A lie can get halfway round the world before the truth has got it's boots on'

I work doing admin for a food producing factory, months are a kind estimate...

Firstly, when they remove fat from products they also remove a lot of flavour, which is why they add salt, to make it taste better. Secondly, Why is it appalling? salt is a preservative, how else do you expect a wrap that was made months ago to last until you want to eat it?

My starting weight was 172lbs and 166 days of constant logging I'm down 11lbs. That sounds like nothing, but it's 11lbs I wouldn't have lost if I had thrown in the towel every time I got fed up.

Have you thought about the emotional burden of having cancer and it's treatment? Depression is really common with cancer and a symptom of depression is exhaustion. Just look after yourself mentally and physically before you try to do too much.

I don't, but I do the TDEE method. Also unless you're under 5ft, only eating 1100 and not eating exercise calories is not very much at all.
-
Mine's open and I log everyday. I eat weird stuff though, I hope you like lentils!

No advice, but I read once that when Kathrine Switzer (the first female runner of the Boston marathon) started running there was no women's running gear and men's shorts were uncomfortable, so she trained in a leotard and ballet skirt. So yeah... I guess just run in whatever feels comfy to you.

This is so funny, I thought I was the only person to have this problem because no one else is nutso enough to make their own yogurt :joy: The problem is whey has a lot less calories than the actual yogurt that is left, so the more you drain it the more calorie dense it becomes, honestly I just find a brand of yogurt that…

The general consensus is you're fine to exercise as long as it's not on your chest. Really just do what you feel up to, you're not going to lose fitness overnight if you take a rest day. You might find that some gentle exercise makes you feel better.
-
You just have to live with it, drink plenty of water and hope it doesn't last for too long. My weight goes up 10lbs the few days before my period.
-
The same way you lost the first 10. Nailed it.
-
@lemonlionheart you are truly the hero this town needs.

I was hoping you were in the UK! You're making my dreams come true  Edited to add: I've just looked online and it's on offer in Sainsbury's!

Coconut greek yogurt  Where do you find such treasure?

I can't with low calorie foods, especially dairy. Full fat all the way. The only thing I will do is diet soft drinks, but that's only because I have jacked up teeth and the full sugar ones give me toothache.

I think it should go 'if you're a woman...' > 'No' > 'Are you pregnant?' Because that question is asked a lot :joy: I've asked it once already today!
-
Firstly, you can still get pregnant on birth control and just because you haven't missed a period yet doesn't mean you're not going to. More importantly you're not logging properly, there are multiple days where only breakfast or breakfast or lunch is logged.
