There's no such thing as starvation mode! Just search 'starvation mode' in these forums and read the thousands of posts explaining it.

There are three posts on the front page right now about fat burners, read them and you will see a hundred responses saying they are woo. They don't work, if they did no one would be fat. The ones that do work are not legal because they are dangerous. If you want to ingest under 200mg of caffeine, drink a small coffee.

I actually started drinking more coffee when I started to cut down calories, I switched from tea with milk and sugar to black coffee to save calories. Moderate caffeine is actually good for you, up to about four cups is benificial to your health (obviously barring any medical conditions).

Are you sure it's not emotional? You said you fell off the wagon, this implies you may have been feeling guilty about eating the pizza. Rather than it being something you physically ate, maybe you've made yourself feel sluggish and down?

Your meals make me a saaad panda. If you're not measuring stuff how do you know you're eating no more than 1000 calories (which you're not or you'd be losing)
