I highly recommend getting fitted first time round. I also live in a small town, but I made a special trip into the nearest big town to go to the running shop. Now I've found a brand and style that are perfect for me, I can find them for 60% of the price on Amazon.

I understand rounding, please give me some credit. My main concern is the issue with the app and the website showing quite different numbers, and the 99% instead of 100% had never happened before so I wondered whether it was some kind of glitch.

Ok, it's just today one of my macros has a difference of 5 grams, that's quite a bit! Do I just assume the website is the correct one?

I also get crazy pre-menstrual water retention, one time I was carrying 10lbs of water for nearly a week! so I only weigh myself once a month, the day after my period ends. That's what I consider my 'actual' weight.
