  • My campus is approximately 6 blocks by 6 blocks at most, so it's pretty small and I don't even go the full distance. I should probably walk more in my free time. That being said, I never even wake up until 9:30 and I usually skip out on breakfast. Maybe I should get up at 8, eat a little breakfast, and go to the gym to…
  • I'm getting 198g of protein, 96.4g of fat to put me at 1563 calories, so that leaves me with 427 calories of carbs. Isn't that a bit steep? That does put me at ~40% protein, 39% fats, and 21% carbs. How is that sustainable?

  • I'm 6'4", so probably about 6'3"ish. As a result, just about any woman is open to me. My girlfriend, though, is 5'0". So it's a nice 16-inch difference. :P
  • High weight with low reps will make you big. Low weight with high reps will make you toned. It's your choice.
  • I second what the previous poster says. If you aren't used to exercising, try C25K (perfect if you have an iPod). It allows you to gradually build up endurance so that you can run a 5K after eight weeks. I'm almost done with week two and I can already feel it working great. Another thing is to count your calories as…
