The 1350 is without any exercise. i made my daily active. And then I'll add exercise when I do it and try to eat a portion of those points as well. How's that?

No, I don't eat my exercise calories. I'm not that hungry... I need to drink more water for sure. Thanks for the link.... I glanced at it. it's a lot to take in..... I'm sure I'll have questions...that is overwhelming information...
