Hi Ali, I work with a personal trainer once a week and she sometimes does TRX with me, I actually just log it as strength training under the cardiovascular exercise section. Good luck, it's hard work and it definitely is a great exercise!!

I would not be concerned about the sugar from fruit, it is natural sugar. I think the big concern is the sugar that is in a lot of other foods that are not healthy for you. Hope this helps, good luck with your weight loss!

Kashi makes some lower sugar cereals, I've tried Cinnamon Harvest and it's good w/ some almond milk. Also regular Cheerios and Fiber One Crunchy Clusters. I actually only have dry cereal every once in a while because it doesn't fill me up like eggs and oatmeal does. Good luck!

Honestly as a person who has done both, I vote MFP. I still use a lot of WW recipes, but the bottom line is it's too confusing counting points vs calories. I had hit a standstill w/ weight watchers and I think that the fact that fruits are free is misleading, b/c yes you should eat fruit, but it does have calories in it!…

Hi Julie, Welcome to MFP! You will find a lot of support and have come to the right place. I'm also 49, started WW in 2011 (lost some weight) , but started MFP 3 months ago and have already lost 14 lbs! I am so happy that a friend of mine directed me to MFP, I log every day and exercise about 5-6 days a week and I am a…
