Hi all :) I'm 21 and from St Helens (near Liverpool), currently in Nottingham for university though. I'm not really looking to lose any more weight, I have lost about a stone since last July using MFP and now I want to just decrease my body fat % a bit to be less 'jiggly' :)

There is no "appropriate". If you feel comfortable in a bikini wear one :)! You don't have to be a specific size, its all about confidence. If you feel awkward and self concious don't bother, but if you feel good go for it.

I'm not, but I did sober October for macmillan. A lot of it depends on your friends and family supporting you. A lot of my friends thought it was silly and tried to get me to have a drink. Not having the support there makes it harder but I did it. So you can do it :)

Could it be dyspepsia (acid reflux/heartburn)? You didn't mention a burning sensation, but all your symptoms fit with the other dyspepsia symptoms, and the things you said make it worse definitely fit.

Other than being ten burpees short one day (dodgy knee) I've done every day so far If you can do it, keep going! Great for burning calories and improving fitness. If you can't add any more, just keep doing the number you are up to, worth it!

On the days you are going out try and choose something lighter off the menu, maybe look at the menu online in advance to help you choose. I can't stand visible fat on meat, I have to remove every last visible bit, especially bacon. And I only like the tiny little crispy fries that nobody else seems to want. I just love it when they are hollow with no potato-y bit. Oh and cold baked beans, straight from the tin. YUM!! Seriously, I could eat a whole can.

I've been on loads of different pills (kept switching because of issues such as acne) and its never made me gain weight. None of my friends have gained weight on the pill either. Like most people have said, it doesn't directly cause weight gain it can just make you more hungry.

Oh its hard to think of just seven. Especially hard when you have to think of three meals. Hmmm maybe Potatoes Carrots Chicken Peas Bread Cheese Pasta But I would also want things like herbs, spices, butter and condiments. It would be too hard to just live off seven ingredients :(
