I did laugh at the "waste of time" comment! I am trying to alternate this with Insanity for a bit of variety and break from doing Insanity each day as it is hard going.

what do you guys put insanity down as in your exercise diary log? it doesnt seem to be an option when I type it in and am not sure how many calories roughly to mark down in my daily diary. any advice would be appreciated!

can anybody tell me what you would put hiphop abs down as in your exercise diary? Neither that or Insanity appear to be options and I have no idea how many calories for an estimate you would burn doing these. would be good to have some sort of idea so I can log I am doing excercise.
