If you feel sick from eating "too much" which to me sounds like too little, there could be something wrong. I'd see your doctor and talk to them about this issue. Also, since you are young, it's easy to be active. I would stress totally on what you're eating. I'd run or do some type of cardio activity to burn calories.…
