Honestly, if I am feeling that bad, I listen to my body and just take the day or two of rest...or I take some ibuprofen and just do a light workout like walking :smile:

I have similar symptoms. My appetite increases about a week before and I want sweets and carbs. I try to eat fruit but that doesn't do the job. And I want more carbs.
