I hear you!! I'm trying to get to my goal weight by january so that my new dress will be small enough...my other dress is sliding off! I use about 30 safety pins per weekend to keep it together.

Thanks guys :) It seems a little goofy to be boasting about a mile and a half, but I thought my life was over when I had surgery. Though my doctor assured me it would be better, I didn't know how it could! I didn't know anything else. Getting done with 1.62 miles...I just had to tell the world :)

This is how I am. Some days I just need it. Like today....today is a day that I am ravenous. I spent the entire weekend outside in the sun and probably didn't drink enough. I've really gotten into cinnamon sticks boiled in water and then iced. Okay, so its not a brand, but its super good and doesn't need anything added to it. I don't really know what the proportions are....usually I just eyeball it.

I usually work out at night, so I don't want to eat a whole like meal afterwards, so I eat 1/4 C of plain, air popped popcorn. I don't know if its like the healthiest, but it certainly works for me.

I don't have a lot of weight to lose, but I don't get it either. I would never go under the knife on purpose! I recently had a non-weight related surgery and it sucked and changed my life! No thanks. I know someone who is considering gaining weight (30 lbs) so she'll be heavy enough to get it...I just don't understand.

I was never a big soda drinker, but I did drink a lot of juice. I've been trying to only drink water, but when I get aggravated at it, I pull out a can of coconut or grapefruit La Croix, or Club Soda with a slice of a citrus fruit. Its very very good, and basically nothing.

We were together for just under three years, but it felt really sudden :P Not unwanted, of course! But he was still in school, and I had just graduated.

Yes! I log everything! Its a little disheartening if I go over, but I find if I'm always logging, then I start to think that things just aren't worth it.
