  • I had healthy ham & 2% swiss sandwhich on high fiber bread with ff mayo and mustard. followed with a cup of grapes about an hour later, then my 100 cal pack at 3:00. Having a homemade tortilla pizza for dinner with salad....yumm I cant wait to have my turkey pepperoni....:love:

  • Thanks for the words guys. I was actually thinking about using it just for ceral purposes b/c I cannot stand 1% milk. I tried the vanilla light soy and was very pleased. Therfore thought of making the switch. Thanks again!!:flowerforyou:

  • Dont get so frustrated!!! I did not lose hardly aything for my first couple of weeks either, but now I am on a roll. I thing you are probably gaining muscle therefore it does way more than fat. Take the others advice and get a tape measure. I wish I had done the same but instead I stopped weighing myself for a week.

  • Thanks for the replies guys. I found a really good workout that is low inmpact just for the upperbody on fitnessmagazine.com. I will skip the cardio tonight so that I am reved up tomorrow for my attempt at running again. Oh and that wesite was really cool....you can basically find any strength training combo and it walks…

  • From everything I have read all over town it does not matter if you do all your exercising at one time. The only key point to exercise is that you get your heart rate up. From what I understand thats what burns them calories....hope this helps!!! And I hope I am not misleading you......
