  • I completely understand the feeling. What sucks for me though is I dont get to work out until 8 at night after my son goes to bed. But usually about 10 minutes after my workout I am starving. And someone told me that you should not go to bed right after a workout because you build up lactic acid in your muscles. Not sure…

  • Yea I was kinda on the same page as you...but the more I thought about it I probably should not use those extra points. For one I get exercise points everyday that I work out, however I am still having a problem including those too. Not to mention the point scale is calculated from fat, calories, and fiber so long story…
  • One more question.....I have always had a very bad back, can I do my crunch variations on a ball. Thats what I have been using and I seem to get the same burning sensation minus the lower back pain I was getting on the floor.

  • You should check out foodnetwork.com. They have a healthy tab that has tons of good foods. I'm not sure if it lists the nutritionals but you could probably get that off each ingredient's package. Just a thought!:happy:
