I'm quite the opposite. I love running in the heat. I feel alive with the sun beating on my shirtless back.

2.5 Lbs a week.

I enjoyed reading that. Great job my man!!!!
-
You can add me.

I am in the same boat as well. Since I have gotten fitter, I feel like I could run for days without stopping.
-
Great transformation. You are rocking that size 6.

Awesome testimony, man!!! I wish you all the best on your road to recovery and fitness. Best of luck. Cheers!!!

I can burn over 1000 calories easily when I run over 7 miles. I am an avid runner and I can attest to that.

To me beer tastes bitter and that is why I only drink it once in a blue moon. Think of beer as being bitter and you'll be fine.

Great job!

I used to be a gym rat but now I am solely focused on cutting my BF% through diet and cardio before I hit the weights again. At the moment I run about 30 miles a week. Feel free to add me.

I'm looking for the same as well. My friends' list is a little light at the moment and I need as much encouragement as possible. Cheers!!!
-
Feel free to add me too. I just started this journey last week and I am in it for the long haul.
-
Great job on your transformation. Keep it up!

It is impossible to gain 9lbs of fat or muscle in just three days. It has to be water weight or something maybe wrong with your scale.
-
I would suggest eating the same amount of calories and spacing out your meals to 2.5 to 3 hour intervals six times a day.
-
Good job my man!!! You are an inspiration to us all. Keep it up!!!
-
Fantastic progress!

Weight loss is a long process and it is something that you can overcome with continued hard work and patience. Good luck.
