I'm motivated go do it again ....starting Monday its on. I didn't do anything crazy last time I just cut my calories And worked out 30mins And stop eating after 8pm I also just continued to eat food I loved but I just prepared my meals healthier

I have 25 to 30 pounds to go...I'm jot sure when I'm going to start shopping..I would hate to start and then losses more weight and can't fit my clothes. what's ur goal weight? I'm wanting to get to 155-150

exactly!! my Brad's are all over the place and it does fit better...I'm now able to adjust the straps and everything!! so exciting I can't wait to actually get sized and go bra shopping

I have been on the pink method plastic for 5 days and have lost 7 pounds....without working out because I'm in the reset phase with MFP and working out I lost 8 pounds in two weeks so a total of 15.2 ounce loss. I love mfp and pm and plan to use them both

Aww semi congratulations, My fiance and I have been trying to get pregnant 2 years I'm praying the weight loss is the key. I like Rylan for a boy And Gracie-Lynn for a girl or Brianna or you could spell Sophie like sophye..that looks a little weird I guess I still have to think on it...good luck
