This is awesome. Had to comment just so I could come back and read more of the 28 pages of awesomeness!

I'm in! Better late than never. It's COLD here, but we just got our treadmill delivered today. I'm ready to get moving!

I am 5' 7" and was the 'fat girl' in high school at 135 pounds. I would give my left arm to be there again. I'm at 205 now and I'm not even sure that 135 even makes sense. 150 sounds about right.

I wish I knew the correlation! For me, It's always a craving for sugar/candy. I try to eat fruit, strawberries/apples to fend it off, but it rarely works. Suggestions welcome!

Anyone can add me too! I'm recommitting to get back on track and am logging it all...for good or bad.

I'm IN. Looking to lose!

I'm in! I've had a bike for a long time, but my biggest kids just started riding on 2 wheels, so I'd like to make more of our temperate weather (now) and get out in the evenings when we're not bombarded with kid activities. I also work from home full-time and should try to get in some mid-day lunch rides. My goal 50 miles…

Both fantastic NSVs. Way to go!!

Does it REALLY matter if the goal is to move more? Have at whatever '30-day workout' floats your boat!

I just transitioned to working from home full-time to be more available before and after school. My biggest challenge is that when everything I need is within 10 steps, I don't move much every day. I know that the more I move, the more likely I am to make better food choices. The ridiculous weather hasn't helped with being…

I can relate, as me and/or my husband have been on both sides of this coin. All you can really do is model the desired behavior and not enable/make it easier for her to continue with her poor habits. Good Luck!

I'm looking at 50+. I log in everyday, I could use the extra support too!

Congratulations on making the decision to get back at it! It sounds like you have a good plan in place!

Absolutely amazing. Thank you for sharing!!!

Awesome! (It always takes me a second to figure out why tattoos switch sides from photo to photo...ha!)

Perfect attitude! 1 day at a time and keep the whole big picture in mind. A beer or 2 (or 3) on game day won't derail your whole efforts for the week, just plan it in!

Yippee!!!

I've found that if the food isn't absolutely amazing, it just isn't worth eating. Fortunately for me, there's only 1 meal out of the 3 or 4 that will be THAT good. Keep moving, it will all even out.

Congrats! That's a fantastic feeling I'm sure! And no on is commenting on your crazy flexibility...Nice!

I fit into a size 12 jean today :)

Fantastic post. Thank you! You've provided me with the inspiration I need...for today. :)

Your 'fluctuations' are all within a pound. I know it can be a bit unnerving, but I definitely don't think there's anything to worry about.

My thoughts too! I was getting flagged almost every day for consuming too much sodium (2500mg+) by my BodyMedia. I worked to cut it down. Now, per my doctor's recommendations, I've stopped watching my sodium and am getting flagged again. My sodium levels were normal too. Maybe it's just time for a new doctor? My BP is low,…

All blood work came back normal. Glucose, Thyroid, Electrolytes. No one has talked about an EKG.

Good for you for even noticing that she dropped you. I totally get it, and I also try to make sure my comments are meaningful. I'm not really sure you have anything to apologize for! Good luck to you!

Thanks for this. The scale is tormenting me too, and I suck at doing measurements on myself...have to rely on hubby or trainer to help and God only knows if they're measuring correctly consistently. Ugg.

Fantastic! Thank you so much for the inspiration and motivation to keep at it!:flowerforyou:

I'm on way more than I care to admit...staying in line takes a lot of friggin work!

My kids are 9, 6 and 2. I've tried getting to the gym after they go to bed at 8pm, or in the evening while my husband stays with them. However, I've found that if I wait until evening, I have a whole day's worth of reasons to not workout. So, a couple of months ago, I started working out M/W/F at 5:30am. I haven't missed a…

^ This ^ I'm stuck in the feeling obsessed and I have a family to raise. It's really not working for me right now!
