i've asked that several times and i've been told that unless you have a sugar problem, don't worry about it, as long as your sugars are coming from healthy choices. I adjusted my sugar allowance to allow for my fruit intake.

Don't be discouraged. If someone thinks someone is fat, they're gonna think it. If they think someone is ugly or stupid or whatever, they're gonna think it. The really obnoxious and rude people will say it out loud. But that only makes them look bad, not you. People will think what they want and say what they want, but…

hey what's been working for you? Good Job!

i had the same realization. I've never been so aware of what i'm putting in my stomache these days. I log everything too! Down to the cream and sugar in my coffee. Every calorie counts. Years of eaing 3-4k calories. But never again! Cheat days are good, keeps you honest and motivates you to stay on track. Happy Counting!

heyy thanks for the add! We both have huge-o weight loss goals but we can do it. I'm only on day 5 so next week will be a true test for myself. How are you doing so far?

i started 5 days ago LOL and i have 75+ to lose. Feel free to add me and good luck!

saving a few calories helps me, gives me something to look forward to after dinner. I also like sugar free ice pops for a sweet touch or skinny cow chocolates when the urge hits.

i'm new too! Friend me if you'd like. I recently had my "i need to make a change" moment after seeing myself in a recent photo. It's enough to make someone depressed. I'm on my first week as well and feeling positive about it. You can do it!

Hello and thank you for your encouraging words! I'm currently 5'5 and i'm looking to lose 100lbs in a year maybe? From 256 to 150 preferable. But more importantly i'd like to NOT have to shop in a PLUS SIZE store, ya know?
