Hello Everyone,
A month ago today, I began my journey with MFP. I have managed to lose 19.2 LBS in the one month I have been on this journey.
This hard work in progress is a result of logging every single thing, no deprevation of food, sticking to calories, being creative with food, weighing and measuring every single thing that enters my mouth.
I have a long way to go still. I just thought I would share my progress in the making

Any weight loss is great
Be commited to yourself and your logging, don't deprive yourself, stay within caloric budget, measure all you eat and you will get there

I also joined about a month ago. I've lost 15 1/4 inches and 11 pounds.
I'm loving the weekly average graph, I find that my goal is to keep that bar on the target instead of worrying each day.
What are you doing for exercise?
I'm running and doing the 30 Day Shred.

For working out, I am mostly walking 2 hours a day.
Slowly, I will increase my exercise activity0
