Looks like you're well on your way with a support team! I found having friends on here keeps me logging and behaving better since others will see. If I wasn't heading in to my tax season I'd say add me- but I don't think I'll have much free time soon. GOOD LUCK ALL and I know you can do it!! Created by MyFitnessPal.com -…

Welcome! I hope this works for you. I've friended a few on here it it really helps to have their encouragement and know someone is looking over my shoulder. It keeps me logging on daily to faithfully enter my food and exercise.

Good for you that you recognize your hurdles and are finding tools to help yourself. I have similar issues with eating to feel better. Logging the food and exercise and working with friends that can see what I'm doing really helps me. Best of luck!

He loves me no matter what but likes me better thinner. And knowing how I feel about myself, he's doing what he can to help me by eating better with me and exercising too.

I'm a Ravens fan- who didn't win today. But had a heck of a game last week!! Steeler's are great too unless they're playing the Ravens. I spent 3 hours clening earlier so I could do pretzels now. And La Yogurt- only 90 calories.

I have 2 cups Bigalow's French Vanilla every morning. Soothes & relaxes me with the wonderful smell and taste while I still get my caffeine boost.

Geeze, me too! Even if you can get 20% from food- that still keeps you drinking away!!

Welcome! I've been on since February and have been losing slow but steady. Traking my food & exercise on here has really helped. Especially adding to my food columns to see sodium and sugar! Best of luck.

Wow! You're doing great! Big change in looks. I started in November and have lost 26lbs. So your way ahead of me. I'm 5'7" and I started at 226. I didn't think to take pictures when I started, but I'll have to look around at some my family would have taken for the holidays.

It really helps to friend some of the people on the site. The ladies I have friended have been an amazing help and boost for me. They give you little messages of encouragement every day. It helps me eat better and get my daily excercise knowing that someone else is watching my progress.

My doctor put me on calcium twice a day- which has definately taken me from being really regular to being painfully bound up some days. Increasing the water and fruit has helped me. But I have to watch getting too much sugar a day from the fruits.

It's been a real eye opener. Especially the sodium! I'm taking in too much salt and sugar. Logging my food is really helpful, even if I keep lapsing. :)

You should be so proud! I can see the difference- especially in your face. Picture 10 5lb bags of sugar and think how heavy they are to carry around. You've lost all of that. It's amazing! Tell the brain you deserve the compliments and keep up the great work.

I went through a divorce after 7 years of marriage. We had met in high school and dated for 7 years before we married. I went through a lot of psycological control issues with my ex. He actually made me feel so guilty and upset when I left I couldn't eat. It's when I got happy and was with someone new that the weight…

I do once a week on Monday nights. I don't think it's health doing it daily- you can get too obsessed.

Just about everyone on my Dad's side has Type 2 Diabetes. Now my older sister has it. My Dad had a stroke in his late 40's. I really want to head off the problems and postpone medicine as long as possible. But it's now my tax season and I spend most of my day glued to the office chair in front of a computer. Mega stress.

Thanks! Good luck to you too. I like that the exercise and food log are so easy to keep.
