Well done! I've had a pretty disappointing day and wanted to eat junk food. I have lchf food to eat if I'm hungry but I know it's just a comfort thing :smile:

A weird NSV for me. I made some low carb chocolate ganache and it was amazing. Not many carbs but it was triggering cravings, calling me from the freezer. I took the remaining portions and threw them out. Before lchf, I would have eaten the rest and then felt guilty! :blush:

I have lost about 10lbs in the past 4 weeks and I have about 95lbs to lose in total. My macros are 5% carbs, 25% protein, 70% fat. I'm 5ft 6, 35 and don't do much exercise apart from walking as I have a desk job. I'll check out what my TDEE is so I have a better idea. Thanks for the tips :smile:

It is SO strange for me not to be hungry! I love it too but I still can't get my head round it :smile: I hope things balance out as I'm feeling much better since I went lchf!

Well, the meal is over. We were served a set meal of steak pie, potatos and vegetables. I ate the meat from the pie and green vegetables. Way over my usual 20g carbs per day but hoping it won't effect me too much

Thanks for all the replies :smile: I'm going to make the best choices I can when I'm there and pack a few snacks, just in case. The meal is tonight and everyone has made me feel much less stressed about it

I'm unsure about exercise and calories as I am just starting out but I can see changes in your stomach. It has gone down and your skin seems to be shrinking back too :)
