A question for the ladies - possible TMI
This is my 5th week on low carb and I've just started my 3 period. The first one lasted 10 days, the second 7 days and both have been much heavier than usual. Not hungry
I'm new and have only been lchf for about 4 weeks. I have zero hunger which is great as I was always hungry before. From what I understand, this pretty normal. My concern is, I'm only eating about 900-1000cal some days. Is this a problem if I'm satisfied and feeling healthy? I eat less than 20g (total) carbs a day and…

Work Meal
Hello, I'm kind of new here and looking for advice. I have a work meal that I can't get out of and my boss's wife is cooking for us all. I have no idea what we'll be eating so looking for any ideas to limit carbs. There were only be 5 of us there so not eating isn't an option. Any ideas?
