I'm brand spankin' new to keto. Just started last week and already kind of loving it!!

I'm in the same boat! Adding you!

I'm usually running late so I tend to have my breakfast after my morning workout. And honestly this works better for me anyway. But I think its overall a matter of preference.

My overall point to OP was a suggestion to switch things up to keep from getting bored, whether that be changing workouts completely, incorporating cardio or increasing weights etc...

You look fabulous! congrats to you!

I've read that you should switch up your exercise plan every 6-8 weeks or so. Like constantly keep your body guessing so it has to work harder! I think cardio gets a bad rep because some people really hammer it into the ground by just running like a gerbil on the treadmill for an hour. They end up kind of overdoing it…

Great work!!!

I appreciate your honesty with your struggle with depression. And most of all sharing that the road to success can be a winding one. I'm still new to my journey but I've been struggling with depression and I'm certainly realizing that my dependency on food is directly related to how I feel at any given time which makes…

Well done!!! you look great!

Amazing! You look fantastic and your hard work paid off!

I was a member of a PF for about 2 years and never saw the "lunk alarm" at my location. I joined at a time when I was broke and in grad school so my hours were all over the place. The location was near my house and 24 hours, I enjoyed having that option since my schedule was so unpredictable. The location I went to was…

I'd love to join!

AWESOEME JOB!!!! Hard work really does pay off. I've been scrolling through the success stories and your progress really inspired me to keep going!

I needed to see this!! I'm still new in my journey but I can't lie...I get discouraged seeing others report pounds of weight loss each week and I still keep bouncing around the same 2 pound range! So I appreciate you sharing this!
-
Go girl! You look awesome and so toned. Great work! And thank you for sharing your routine.

I'm a fan of healthy choice. I think their portions tend to be a bit bigger, especially the ones that come in the bowl. I ate one today for lunch that was Pineapple Chicken and it had like 16g of protein in it.

I have minimal will power LOL so I actually only meal prep for the work week. I have my breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks planned out and try to stick to those. Now when the weekend comes around and I know I'll be eating out with people I research the place in advance. Even the most unhealthy fast food restaurant has…

Hi! *waves* I'm rather new here too. Just 3 weeks into my journey so I totally understand what its like in the beginning. I'm trying to find my footing too. MFP is a really great tool. I've used it before but this time I'm trying to be active in connecting with people and I'm noticing that is making a bit of a difference…

Honestly OP as tempting as it is, I'd steer clear of them. Everyone I know that has taken a weight loss supplement has lost weight BUT they end up piling on almost twice as much weight once they stop taking them!

You look so amazing!! Congrats and reading this was such an inspiration!

I totally understand this fear! I'm basically in the same place. I don't know what your schedule is like, but I discovered that my gym is the least populated around 8-10 on weeknights. And weekend afternoons around 3-4 its like a ghost town so that's when I try to do my weight training. I'm in the stage right now where…

Awesome work!! And I hope to one day feel the same way about exercise! :)

YASSSS! You look amazing! Go girl!

Wonderful!! And great job! As a newbie the thing that makes me the saddest is realizing I may have to give up foods I enjoy. If I can treat myself to my faves it makes this journey less depressing! LOL And I'm sure you end up making healthier choices by default.

I needed to read this! Great work! Very inspiring

I think alot of women still think that lifting will result in them getting bulky. I've heard alot of women say that they avoid lifting because they don't want to get "big". From my own experience, I was shy (and still am in many ways ) in the weight room because I had no clue what I was doing and felt very intimidated by…

I woke up early (huge deal for me) and did a 45 minute interval on the treadmill. Great way to start the day!

You are the second person in the last week to tell me a horror story of a over the top trainer. Sounds like he needs to be reported... And congrats on your successes. I'm thinking of starting the 5x5 program myself!

AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congrats and your progress is very inspiring!

Awesome work and progress! I have seen several people mention and recommend Stronglifts. Is there a fee?
